Ingestrand campsite is located in a beautiful birch grove next to lake Glafsfjorden with a beach and a bridge, right next to Arvika’s largest public beach. Here you can find groves of whistling pine trees and a forest just outside the campsite area, which gives amazing opportunities for outdoor life as well as activities such as swimming, fishing, boating, jogging tracks and walking trails. At the reception you can rent bikes, pedal boats, SUP and rowing boats and there you can also buy fishing licenses. If you'd rather paddle a canoe, you can rent one at Arvika Canoe & Tourist Center, which is just 500 meters from the campsite. If you want to relax after a day full of activities, you can book our relax/sauna for a relaxing moment.

Arvika and the western parts of Värmland are popular tourist attractions with many interesting tourist attractions and activities if you would like to take short or longer trips in the local area. The campsite is located only five kilometers from the cozy town center where you can find shops, farmer’s market, cafes and restaurants.

Rackstadmuseet, Klässbols Linneväveri and the Gammelvala-week in Brunskog are some of the most famous tourist attractions, but there are plenty of other jewels to discover as well.
